Shipping Policy:

Every shipment comes with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

If you place multiple orders, we cannot refund additional shipping costs. 

Holiday shipping will take more time than usual due to influx of orders during that time, please make your orders in far enough in advance to receive the items in time. If your order is meant as a gift, please be aware of our current shipping timeframe which can be found at the top of our page.

Return, Exchange, & Cancellation Policy:

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure you need and want the items before you order, we will not cancel the order.
